Eggplant 36: Smokey eggplant hash
So I was out to dinner the other night and smokey eggplant hash was on the menu. Yep, I decided I would have that entree and then another one for my meal. So it came and it’s basically eggplant on toast, with some cherry tomatoes. The good news is the flavour was smokey and yum.
So eggplant 36 came so quickly after 35 it was a lovely surprise. And it was quite different as well. Bring on 37.
