Eggplant dish 47: Sayur Lodeh Lemak
I was at lunch at the ASCILITE conference today and came across this eggplant dish. It was yum, even though I’m not quite sure what it is.
It’s a vegetarian dish and is vegan. It’s also really good. And that is eggplant dish 47 done!
Only a few more dishes to go. One will be at the work Christmas party and is an eggplant stack. The last dish will be at my sister’s house before Christmas. So only one unplanned one left. Seriously this was a difficult challenge.
