Eggplant dish 19: Fried eggplant
So for dinner on Monday night I went for the fried eggplant. I’ve been waiting all year to have it in Greece so I took the first opportunity. It was with flour and pretty good.
For a main I also had moussaka, which I had in dish 1 so it doesn’t count. It was also excellent and looked great.
