Eggplant dish 23: Aubergine dip at Greek night
So you might think I’ve already had an eggplant dip and I have, but this one was different enough to count. It was super smoky in flavour and also smooth (so not like Baba Ganoush which I haven’t had yet. So at Greek night this comes out.
And it is extremely good. I had it with toast (with olive oil on it). The break is made fresh every day and is fantastic.
We then had moussaka but I’ve already counted it and unless it is vegetarian it is pretty much the same. But this one was completely different to other eggplant dips I’ve had previous. Way number 23 done and dusted.
